When will I receive my order?
2 and 3 day delivery orders that are received after 2:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following day. Orders received after 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday will be processed on Monday. Our office is not open on weekends or holidays.
If the item is back ordered, you will be informed by phone or email.
SHIPPING
The bridles are shipped by UPS from our office in Wrightsville, PA unless addressee is to a P.O. box in which case Priority USPS mail is used. The standard U.S. shipping fee is $12.
International shipping will be via Global Airmail. The International shipping fee is $25.

Delivery times to US addresses for all items in stock are from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location. UPS Ground ($12).
Faster shipping is also available. UPS 3 Day Select ($20); UPS 2nd Day Air ($25). Call the phone number above for the cost of UPS Next Day Air.
Delivery times outside of North America will vary depending on how long the package is delayed in customs. Generally, you can expect about ten business days in transit. Additional time for customs may be required depending on the destination. It can take as long as 8 weeks if your package gets delayed in customs.
