If you purchased your Bitless Bridle directly from us, our policy allows you to use the bridle for 30 days and return it for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied (please note that shipping costs are not refundable). 

On the other hand, if you purchased a synthetic bridle (nylon or beta) and you like it so much that you are now kicking yourself for not having had the courage to buy a leather one, you can return the synthetic bridle within 60 days and we will give you full credit for it against the cost of the leather bridle upgrade. This way, you have nothing to lose by giving the bridle a trial and a great deal to gain.
